Rotary hydraulic principle At present, most small and medium excavations adopt open circuit hydraulic system control and high-speed motor + reducer drive scheme. Its hydraulic system is mainly composed of planetary reducer (1), rotary motor (2), oil filling check valve (3), safety valve (4), anti-reverse valve (5), brake valve (6) and delay valve (7).
When the excavator starts to rotate, first open the brake, the main valve of the swing supply oil to the MA port, MB returns to the oil tank through the main valve, the motor rotates through the reducer with the slewing bearing, and when the set pressure of the safety valve is not reached, the oil filling check valve, safety valve, and anti-reverse valve are all in the closed state.
When the rotation stops, MA, MB are cut off, the motor continues to rotate under the inertia of the rotary platform, the M port is replenished to the MA side through the check valve under the back pressure of the return oil, MB becomes the high pressure side, the motor begins to have a reversal trend, at this time the pressure of the lower cavity of the anti-reversal spool is the pressure of MB, the upper cavity is set up with a throttle hole, the pressure is established slowly, the left anti-reverse valve opens, so that the motor MA, MB side is connected, balance the pressure on both sides, when the upper cavity pressure is established, the valve core is closed, MA, MB cut off, This allows the rotation to stabilize quickly.
